How claiming works
Find your listing
Search your shop name. If it's not there, add it in a couple of minutes.
Sign in with your email
No password. We email you a one-time sign-in link.
Claim and verify
Sign in with an email on your shop's website domain and you're approved instantly. Otherwise we call the number on your listing to confirm, usually within one business day.
Get requests by email
When a rider in your city sends a repair request, it lands in your inbox with their bike, the problem, and how they want to be contacted. Reply straight from your email.
Common questions
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. Listings and repair requests are free while we grow the network.
- How many shops get each request?
- If a rider picks your shop, only you get it. Otherwise a request goes to at most three claimed shops in that city, so you're never one of twenty.
- Where did my listing come from?
- Unclaimed listings were compiled from public business directories. Claim yours to correct anything, add your hours and services, or hide it.
- Can I manage more than one location?
- Yes. Claim each listing with the same email and they all appear in your dashboard.
